Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-03-20T22:12Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
Activity ID: 2025-03-20T22:12:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Source Location: N08W75
Active Region Number: 14022
Note Keyword:
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
Source Signature Keyword:
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
Morphology Keyword:
L: Loop
Note: Faint CME seen to the W in SOHO LASCO C2/C3 and STEREO COR2A. This CME is slow to evolve and appear as a defined front in the LASCO C2 field-of-view, and appears more clear in LASCO C3 and STEREO COR2A. The source for this CME is not observed as a distinct source, but appears to be continued outflow from CME 2025-03-20T17:12Z from AR 14022 centered at N08W75, corroborated via triangulation in the STEREO_CAT tool.

The List of CME Analysis already entered:
Event Type Catalog
Measurement TypeCME measurement type: Leading Edge (LE), Shock Front (SH), Right Hand Boundary (RHB), Left Hand Boundary (LHB), Black/White Boundary (BW), Prominence Core (COR), Disconnection Front (DIS), Trailing Edge (TE).
Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
